Ok where are these Santa leets. They seem to appear very randomly.

On 12-22 I found some of them in Galaway County. I wanted to get a few more presents last night 12-23 but could not find the Santa leets anywhere. I checked Galaway, Newland, Newland desert, Omni forest, Greater Omni forest, Lush, Harrys.

Any idea where these things are? They totally random? Do they spawn certain times of days etc.

I've found them in Athen Shire and Longest Road.
