Sounds like the title of a gay porn movie.

A while back I made a little trader named Refund for the sole purpose of exploring the new subway dungeon. Last night, frustrated at having two relatively worthless mass pvp professions, I decided to have another go at him.

Normally I'm the world's laziest man, but I decided to go all out for once. So after approximately ten years of twinking and retwinking (or so it felt), I ended up with a lowbie monster with 114 ncu, ql18 (ill be upgrading to ql35 or ql40) carbonium, ql40-58 implants and a ql50 ithaca, running essence of behemoth and masteries.

So within an hour he was up to like level 12, almost 13, so I had this idea...

Has anyone hosted a lowbie (like maybe level 10 or so) arena deathmatch yet? If not, I'd like to be the first. Anyone interested in helping to organize this? I'd be willing to throw in 5 mil to get the pot started.....

Give a /tell to refund, xcelsius or thedeacon or thedeacon2 if this sounds doable

ROFL! Traders are one of the least played professions actually. Here I thought I was being original for once other than "not ANOTHER Enforcer twink". Actually, I think Refund is about my favorite twink thus far. I seem to be getting better and better at twinking with each freak I pop out of my virtual womb...Breast feeding them all gets to be a problem, even with 4 nips

Dudddde, I had ql 40 imps on at level 2.

Tho I need some trader rum and Pioneer for better. (+agil)

Then rearrange stuff to use Str and use pillows/behe/Prod Str and get 50's in.

Sure! That sounds fun, but a few things would have to be mapped out --

1) Buff Setup: Any outside buffs that include a HOT effect (doc HP) or HOTs themselves, or reflect/damage shields should be banned. AC buffs are very iffy also. I think other buffs would be fine.

2) Level Brackets: Do 1-5, 6-10, 11-14 brackets maybe.

I'll put on a big gripo for this baby, or an X-3 if I can find one.
Or get double-mocham's and drain for -94 on first two drains *grin*

Oh yes, either way, there will be bloodshed. There will be. This is a very fun idea, Deacony.

But okay, I'm kinda curious to duel stexer now lol (if only to regain the trust of my friends here). Self buffed or outside bro?

Uh. Long story.

For general purposes, I duel outsided, because I think of myself as the Arena's permanent party trick. I rarely kill, I just like being able to stand up to level 30+'s.

For actual killing, outside buffs are different. Damage shields on both parties make it a stalemate, as do HOTs. So I'm thinking selfbuffed... if your character is 1-5.

What level is he? If you're talking about the level 12 one.. make a 1-5 . Yes, Stexer is scared of a level 12 when I have <=100 AC and 62 HP.

Selfbuffed would be fun, but you have to give me some warning, for I have to change implants and find some items in order to uberize. I'll give you time to uberize your 1-5 too if you haven't already.

Let's just have them face off in the tournament instead of a separate event. If we don't get paired first round, then we can just fight sometime else that night.


About tournament structure -- I'd say single-elimination rounds of best out of three fights in a pyramid structure for each bracket.

Location? Hope bar (if you know anywhere better, post it). The only people allowed inside (if we can enforce it) would be the combatants (maybe 1 or 2 pairs go at ocne) and a referee or two.

This is gonna be fun.

Traders rule lowbie twink pvp because of NCU buff. They're all over the arena.

By the way, did you consider the fact that there are probably (still) loads of prepatch characters at that level?

i've run into a few of those on lowbies i've tried out. it is both sad and funny at the same time to see me hit them for 1dmg while they hit me for 50+

refund is lvl 20 now (lol with ql80-110 implants im working on), so that of course wouldnt work. I figured out quit a bit about lowbie twinking in refund's creation, so I id be making a new twink.

This of course isn't a pissing contest, but rather something fun to do instead of missioning, which im totally and maybe permanently burned out on. PVP is my love, but seeing as how I've been mostly playing my MA lately---well you get the picture about MAs and pvp...
