Remove NanoFormulae Upload Reqs

Please remove them!

They serve little purpose, and just clog up the inventory. There will always be the casting requirements.

So why are the uploads requirements there?


Also,

Noticed that if I try to upload a NF I already have the crystal goes *poof*. Is this new?

nope, its done that all along... kinda sucks though. oops, i didn't check to see if its one of the 200 nukes i already uploaded...
