    Ring of the Nucleus Basalis

    OK...I recently read a thread that hinted about these rings are lvling. Is it true that these rings upgrade like Morphing NCU or the Fixer's Nano interface? If so, is it done in the same method?

    yep they are leveling, can get up to +20 ncu

    uses treatment as only req i believe
