Random QL Requirements

Ok, i was wondering how to get the reqs for random ql. Like antiguardians only has a new entry when the stats change. I know i can do itemsbot but it is messing up for me and not getting the right requirements.

For example and want to see the max ql ncu memory, nano range increaser, recompiler, and hardcore ncu upgrade i can put in w/ 365 comp lit. The numbers do not come out right. I was wondering where i can get more accurate information...
