You can find Omni hanging out in several places around Rubi-Ka. I understand from my investigations that the Pink Flamingo in Rome Blue or the Spank Me Until I Bleed in Trade are two of the most popular places.

Most Omni on Rk-1 can be found in Ent BB or NLC.
Now if it's an OMNI payday, most OMNI can be found in Tir and other clan cities, lined up outside clan womans houses to conduct certains forms of trade if credits for services.
