The thirty-sixth person to enter the block will cause one of the current occupants to be catapulted in a random direction for a random distance.

The town already has a LC unit, notice the floating mining dredge in the creek ?.

The NPC in the picture is a common spawn, he drops faded blue shorts and keelar shades everytime, his rare drop is cash and marijuana.
