I think the Cheap Division 9 plasmaprojector should be possible to find in solo missions or in shops.

I have only a soldier at level 16 but I have tried the div9(ql10) weapon, Nova Flow Mk IV(ql22) and E-beamer(ql20). And the ql10 div9 is a much beter weapon.

So please make the div9 possible to find in solo missions or for example at spesial shops for soldiers.
