I've seen the following happen more times than i can count:
Subject A runs into 25% gas area and proceeds to taunt Subject B to attack. Subject B tries to attack but can't due to grace period. Just before grace period ends, subject A runs back into 75% zone and is unable to be attacked. Repeat and rinse X times=one annoying situation.
It would be really nice to see the disgrace period apply to those that go into 25% and have yet to complete their grace period.
It would keep people from skirting the supression line.
