    Player ***** is too low/high...

    Ok, I'll admit it. A level 200 ganking a level 75 sucks.
    Also a Title 6 average guild attacking a Title 2-3 average guild's tower sucks.

    If you really want to have limits on players being able to target
    players fine. I personally think its too constrictive, but I
    understand the need to protect those level 75 Apprentice Traders
    in Tir arena. (ok ok cheap shot)

    Unfortunately this allows a couple small exploits:
    1. Guilds are using low level "spies" to camp way inside a camp's
    defenses and report on who's who, who's where, etc.

    2. Low level players are attacking high level player's towers, and
    the high level players are unable to defend against them.

    Sure eventually guilds call other guilds to bring in lower levels to
    do the dirty work for them, but often they lose a bunch of towers
    and turrets while they stand and watch a bunch of level 100-
    140s have their way with the towers.

    This especially affects guilds that restrict membership and only
    have high level players.

    I suggest if anyone attacks a tower, they should be automatically
    fair game to anyone of any level in the tower's guild for as long
    as they remain in 25% (and vice versa of course)

    Consensus around town seems to be that if you make the limit 100+FFA or 125+FFA instead of this 25% of your level deal, most people would be happy and satisfied.

    But I stand by my suggestion that if you attack my guilds tower you're fair game as long as you remain in 25%.

    Well. They should keep the current rules for PvTower. Thats where the change came from.

    To decide who can attack anyone in a LC area. Must be within a certain % of max level and min level for the zone.

    They should also base the area level range on one tower. A 100 - 150 zone alows easy deployment of both 100 and 150 tower. This should instead be lets say 90 - 110 tower and 130 - 180 towers. Then the lvl 100 tower would be for the level range 70ish - 135ish. Fair battle range? And the lvl 150 tower would be for 120ish to 200. Sounds fair too? At least to me.

    Of course it creates new borders. Like the 135 players in the first example. Those would effectively rule the battle for a lvl 100 tower. Should they be alowed healing from even higher level players? Or be attacked by outside players?
