Sorry dude, cant comply, since its not clan area, its the property of Omni-Mine, due to the closed mines there, and it cant be clan controled, with all those cyborgs.

    :O)

    Get a clue

    its not a mine

its a city, a CLAN city. no borgs in there...

    Rubbish

Another Clan lie jumping to the concusions to suit their needs for a war. Omni had a recent communication from its contacts about the likey hiding place for the group know as the Dust Brigades. It was suspected that the city of Sabubum in the Perpetual wastes was the command center for this group.

It came of little surprize that the group had decided to hid out in clan lands who have been know to harbour criminals before. As with the issue of portman and redfreedom, plus other known clan guilds which have attacked Omni before. It was clear to us just now as it was then that the Clans and COT would do nothing to help bring these people to justistic.

To this end Omni Tek under command of Tellion and Xeri asked Baxie of Guild engima to form a security sweep of the city to look for clues as the to Dusts Brigades activities. I am not sure what if anything was found, but it was required to bring in armed Omni Tek forces to secure the area for a greater period of time than first accounted for. This was to allow the anti crime units to hunt for more clues.

It was during this time that the Omni Tek forces came under attack by members of the Clan guilds. Omni forces where under close instructions not to open fire unless shoot at first. It was interesting to note that the clan forces lead by redruum reached us very quickly leading many of us to thinking that they where not to far away from the city to begin with.

While at this stage the findings are still being analysised I think we must all now wonder at the close connect Redfreedom lead by Redruum and the Dust Brigade. One can only suspect at this stage but was the attack on the housing in Omni-Ent perhaps a relalition attack for the capture of Portman. Could it not be the Dust group is just a cover for Redfreedom as to try and pass the blame in an effort to unite the clan guilds who where so quick to distance themselves from redfreedom after the capture of portman.

We will just have to wait to hear more news.

OCC(I do have some screen shots of the event which while not great are better than nothing. If you want I will try to get them up onto a site. Perhaps we should cover more stories with pics of the events and reports as we see them. Well just and idea let me know what you think)

No. That was Us hitting the self-destruct buttons to see how many suckers they could take with them when they went.

And same warning goes to you, pesky clanscum, stay the hell out of OT controlled areas which is all the terraformed regions on Rubi-ka.

Yesterday we did for a time Occupy the NEUTRAL outpost of Sabulum in the Perpetual wastelands.

The CoT had at a time promised Omni Tek their full cooperation in unearthing the hidingplace of the Dust Brigade who claimed responsability for the bombing and killing of 132 uninsured OT personnel.

Our orders yesterday was to secure the premises and let the investigations team in to conduct a thorough search for any incriminating evidence pointing towards The Dust Brigade.

Omni Tek personnel worked together with clockwork precision and I was glad to have been given command of such fine troops.

We dropped off in town and evacuated the neutrals that were still in the city. A few rampant clanners attacked us and were dealt with. But no real losses so to speak of until Red Freedom under Redruum showed up.

I clearly stated our intentions and made it clear that it was NOT an occupation of the city but a temporary camp set up by the Search team and their escort.

They were not inclined to let us go about our work and a few moments later the first talks of attacks came in.

Redruum himself was shot down in his Yal but no corpse or wrackage has been found as of yet.

The clanners proceeded to attack and the loss numbers were really racking up. We could have done this without your interference, but you turned it into a war.

What worries me is that you all seem frightfully afraid that we might find something to link Dust to you. And i am not speaking about Red Freedom.

And a personal apology to the Voice of Freedoms employee in the field. Gwen I am terribly sorry. As you yourself said its an occupational hazard. At any rate the matter is bing looked into and you should be receiving a case of a fine Red Wine one of these days.

/ooc That was fun and it made for a good event for all lvl ranges, not just the high lvls, however if real generals had to type every order to their subordinates real wars would prolly take a whole lot longer. I want to apologize for all the people that was accidentally ignored yesterday. More of this

    funny

I watched you 'escort' the neutral citizens out of town via 'insurance recall'.

As to your cute insults, we're more concerned about you stealing more territory and putting omni attack units into clan territory. Thus we had to remove you

You may have defeated the attack linked to Redruum, but Remember- In the end we were united, and we prevailed.

You prevailed in what dear windie, showing you true clan colours by attacking an offical investigation into Dust Brigade. Now why in the world would you want to do that. Its almost as if you are trying to protect them ?.

In fact its very hard to see any other view of this. Did one single clan person even try to talk to us. Did just one clan person have the sense to even ask what we where doing there. Nope as soon as you saw Omni you just opened fire. It is clear on this day that you want to see the whole world at war to suit your aims. I war in which countless people will die. In war there is no winners only in peace may we find victory.

  11. #11

    Congratulations

I would like to congratulate Baxie for conducting a precise and effective operation.

Arriving some while after it had started, I was more than satisfied to find an organized force under competent leadership.

Also, I am glad to see Omni-Tek is willing to commit the forces neccessary for such an operation. Shock troopers, Juggernaughts and Slayerdroids were a great help to the search party, and helped to ensure our safety until the operation was complete.

First off: I wasn't at the location. Never ever been there. so if I got something wrong, then please disregard that.

Just because I am labeled as 'clan' doesn't mean I want to kill people. I really regret people shot at eachother, no matter which side.

What I want to know is: why do you bring a fully armed 'investigation' force into a neutral town? Are you aware that this provoke quite a lot of people?

And to all you agressive people out there: Sit down, and think. Even for just a moment. I'm not going to dictate your life. I just want to make sure you know what you are doing, since you hurt people with this violence. And remember that all things has consequenses.

And I must say it's really irresponsible to not filter out reporters from your targeting systems. It only takes a couple of seconds, but the effect of not doing it lasts a lifetime (although a rather short one).

    Finally free from this nightmare!

Eeeh Invasion is more like it. I really doubt you needed command juggernauts to conduct an official investigation in that town. As to Dust, they're exerable people to be sure. When we find them, be assured that they will be brought to justice.

In fact its very hard to see any other view of this. Did one single clan person even try to talk to us. Did just one clan person have the sense to even ask what we where doing there. Nope as soon as you saw Omni you just opened fire.
also not quite. a very few warnings were shouted by baxie before clanners in reach were executed with ~extreme~ prejudice.

Seriously, attacking that force was an intensely difficult decision. Perhaps Redruum attacking was a given... But for most of us, we considered what the council said, what Gelsa said, and our own positions.... and made a decision. I feel now that it was the right one.

  14. #14

    Post Agree With Windie

Yes, I also feel that this was the right decision. If Omni-Tek was honest about the peace talks, they should have respected our individual right to hunt down the Dust Brigade ourselves. Invading a town/city, quieting citizens through termination, and tearing through people's homes is a blatant disrespect to our sovereignty. If Omni-Tek wants peace, then they should respect our lives and homes!

The criminals can and will be brought to justice by the CoT and the clans. Omni-Tek needs to acknowledge and respect our procedures because if they don't, they will demonstrate to the word (and the galaxy) that they feel justified to enter our territories and terrify citizens whenever they want and for whatever reason they would like.

    COT

The criminals can and will be brought to justice by the CoT and the clans

    LOL

Oh yes and may i say what a fine job the COT has been doing so far. You failed to capture portman, Redruum is still around around clan land as head of Red Freedom. They did nothing to stop months of attacks on Omni-Tek land by clan guilds. So far you have not brought one single clan outlaw to court. Please tell me when has the clans lifted one finger to stop the ongoing situation.

But of course you have the Tir water to worry about, if the clans had shown the slightest competence in any matter or even tried to bring the Dust Brigade to some order.

Believe me Omni-Tek does not like to have to put the lives of its staff on-line. But against the lack of action from the clans what choice did we have. Also I hope you understand the tip off came in at late news we had little time to inform the COT about this event.

Also yes the need for heavy support was required we have already seen what the Dust Brigade are able to do. They have no problems killing innocent people. We where going into an area in which unknow Dust Brigade forces could have been.

As it was it was a good job we did given it was a major location for the clan outlaws Redfreedom it clearly shows our actions to be valid.

    Listen you Rebel Scum!

Do you not See neutral, omni and clan civilians walking around?

Hell for all you know this could have ACTUALLY Been the dust brigades (if they are revived) Hideout.

    Being all allignments are present.

We need a "Command Juggernaught" not a "Juggernaught"

The command is plainly obvious, comms devices, Security you name it.

Slayerdroids to take care of people like you.
    Shocktroopers the same.

Why do you ALWAYS have to interfere?

Clans are ALWAYS on the attacking side.
We Defended it and you come in bargining in thinking your something special.

I may not be very diplomatic or well presented but I speak for the everyday average Omni-tek employee.

You could have avoided a war then, a battle then and not showing up.

You Caused this not us, we where simple taking matter which COT fails to understand.
There is a more greater threat than you clanners, and if you dont act up it wont be only us fighting you, just you wait.

  17. #17

    scum speak out!

Why were there '2' command juggernauts then? Is omni pol really so incompetant that they need such insane overwhelming force to conduct a simple investigation?

I will say this, Omni hypothetically had the permission of the CoT to be there. If you didn't want us to fight, it would have been easy to send the investigators with Bonded Neutral, or even Clan guards. However you didn't do that, did you. You sent what can only be called an invasion force. That FORCED us, radical and moderate, to respond.

The really funny thing, is one of the main results we saw yesterday was you making the city of Salubum an easy hunting grounds for the truly radical bloodthirsty clans. I don't necessarily like what they were doing, but because of your invasion, some 30 omni employees were killed by 5(!) Clan warriors from the Shadows of Rubika and Clan Anarchist Syndicate, until they retreated in discrace, leaving the omni-pol troopers alone. How is that helping the 'great' Corporation? ((err slight diversion from my main point there, but it is true nonetheless)).

  18. #18

    Could you be

Could you be more contradictory in post windie ?
First you ask why we need 2 Command Juggernauts then you make the claim (*cough*) only 5 clan outlaws where able to kill 30 omni troops proving the fact had this been the HQ for the dust group we would have need far more. You proved the reason why we needed the juggernauts.

Also are the clans so stupid to think that if Omni was to invade the clans we would choose to start with such a small force. Or even attack a pointless hell hole like Sabubum which has no importance.

In otherwords nope you cant use the invasion reason to excuse the clan attacks on omni.

  19. #19

    A Couple of Things

1- Omni goes into a "pointless hell-hole like Sabulum" and we feel the need to kick out their intrusive forces, then we will do it. It is in the northlands and is thus clan territory.
2- While I regret the loss of uninsured, innocent civilian life, even if it was Omni, the CoT has no authority to bring the criminals to justice. And from a legal standpoint, neither does Omni. The Dust Brigade never pledged alliegiance to the CoT or OT, never agreed to follow their laws, and thus never broke any laws they were obliged to follow. While I do not condone, and indeed believe that they should all burn in hell, the Dust Brigade's actions, they never actually broke a law they were obliged to follow. They are rebels, not followers of the CoT
2- While some clanners may not agree with Redruum's activities, the CoT has no authority to make him stop. They have no authority to tell him what to do at all. Until he pledges his support and alliegiance to them, he is not obligated to follow their law. If he didn't vote for the government, if he doesn't follow the government, its not his government. Redruum is a rebel, not a CoT soldier.
3- The CoT has barely any real power at all. The only power they have is over the few clans that follow them, and those that do would not break any of the CoT's laws in the first place.
4- The new alliance EndGame should, I believe, grow large enough so that we may all become organised enough to function as a nation and the council of EndGame be the official clan government, with power to police those who follow it, which I hope all clans do because unity would be a great assistance to fight against the tyrannical OmniTek Corporation

    hah

Its so funny. I had 2 totally seperate points there. And I shouldn't have brought up the second...

My main Real point was taht omni shouldn't be there and it was too much force.

My secondary point was that even with such force the control you crave slips through your fingers.
