CSS vs. CC for a 150 PVP//S10 Setup

I am working on a tower battle fixer, and this is gonna be his main focus... but since his setup is expensive enough, I thought it may be a good idea to use him for S10 farm too.
(I dont plan to solo anything in S10, it´s just regular farming with friends)

Some people told me already that if I plan to do PVP, I should level him to 165, but in that case he is gonna be only useful for PVP.
For me CC looks better because of the extra DMG and AAD, but for some reason a lot people use CSS in their LVL150 fixer.

I always thought AAD is = all evades in 1 value?!

Edit: well, of-course it not the same, but in the calculation you end up with something very close to evades values.

you gain 60 aad und lose 120 evades and 162 inits...

CSS gives more than twice the AAD given by CC.
+ CC doesnt give inits. ..
and who cares about a +40ish in add damage ?

just saying with CSS its possible to go 1/1 full def while using most regular 1/1 weapons (1050 RI that is)

makes a big difference in overall damage output. really.

At tl5 you're probably going to be doing mediocre dps either way, you might as well live to deal it.
And for the setup in the OP, I'd probably go with a second IGOC if you can afford it, and just activate the MoR from your inv.
