well i would wait till four number lottery would reach about 60 million then i would buy all the permitations for all the posible numbers..

like the NY lottery..

or an irish lottery..

then i would split my 60 million into 17million chunks.. do the same for a 6# lottery... try to net about 200-250 million.

there are a lot more 6# lottey places NYstate lottery.. or the british one..

the larger 100million + lotteries are always something like 1:200,000,000 to win.. so its not worth it there.

Then i would ... retire.

or.. i would go live in a country i could retire on a mil with ...
