A secret nerf???

Dillon boot has been nerfed, the ql 200 ones now gives only 3 sta and int, which made mine almost useless...
I'm not sure if other parts drops, but one thing I do know is that they still give 10 sta and int according to database..
Come on FC.. at least you could tell us?

Yep, been wondering the same, had some 150ish Dillon boots which used add 8 intel think it was, now add 3.. nova dillon is actually better for bonuses..
