2) Where is this vehicle found?

3) Is it just an upgrade to your Yalm or do you buy it completely separate?

The screen shots on this vehicle look pretty sweet, I just wish I could find it. If anyone can help please post here, thanks very much.

It's in game, it's trade-skill only, and you can't fly it because the reqs are too high.
