Can Flurry of Blows be Missioned For?

as mission rewards, or the item you have to pick up, or are they only available in shops? I've been looking through all of the Clan cities for one, and I havent seen one in the vending machines at all for awhile now. I was just wondering if it would be easier to blitz a mission for one if they exist that way.

Yup, inless somethin changed recently, i believe thyre also in 'attacks' part of stores now, but not sure
