"Don't...."

I sent your post to Fixerben, he is having NCU problems again...Fixers always tweaking. He sends this back:

Hours disappearing...
As we talk of things
stored inside, under
piles of lost memories..
comparing notes of feelings
and experiences..

Kindred souls from
different worlds-
walking the same paths...
Time has made us friends...
but life has made us siblings..
More alike than
either of us realize.

And he said not to take the Siblings thing the wrong way...I dont quite understand that...But its a nice little poem. Not sure if he wrote it or not. But he has written some poems before. Mostly about the life of a Fixer. He says he hopes to see you soon, but repairs to his NCU probably wont be complete until Wednesday...

Well, I am leaving now, and unfortunately havent gotten to hear from Poetica since I posted. I will always remember our conversations, and the verse we shared with each other.

Fixerben stands on the top of a tall building in Old Athen holding a rose, and releases it into the wind...

I hope this flower finds you my friend
Now that our time together is at an end
The good times we had together
Our friendship through stormy weather
I'll always look back on the things we shared
Always remember how much you cared
I kiss the soft petal of this rose
The same feel as your lips that only my heart knows
