Make sure you include both the name of the item and the quality level (QL). You must know what item you lost.

Tough luck, Yalmahas do not have a QL anymore, they are SPECIAL now.
Funny how you can mess up even the smallest things
In the original thread in the 14.7 forum (now deleted) the Community Supervisor guy said that yes, that was a bad choice for an example. Though didn't someone say the SPECIAL designation was going to be removed soon anyway?
