    BAH!

sure, the CD and box don't cost much to make.
But that's not all we buy when we buy a game.

When we buy a game, the money we pay go into all the hours programmers has spent programming, designers designing, producers produce....er.....

music: very small group of people making the music but production can be expensive. However, albums can sell 500,000 copies somewhat easily.
movies: lots of people get payed and you have a lot of equipment, food, and lodging costs. However, theaters pay a ton of money, millions of movies are sold, you have all these payments coming in from previews, and extra productions with companies who will sell little models of characters of your movie in happy-meals.
Games: many programmers who need to program, not act or sing. Programmers also must ensure that the game doesn't crash and offer customer service for that specific game (as oposed to just returning it if broken and getting a new one). Not many games are sold as movies or music, and games do not have concerts, theaters, or previews to aid in funding.
