Cast time and agg/def..

In 13.00 to 13.02, the cast time was decoupled from the setting of agg/def!

This was great for all those that rely on NF's during combat!

Let me explain!

NT:
This enables NTs to switch to full def with no drop in cast time.
NTs (and most casters) can't keep up with the skill cost in attack at higher levels to really get any good return on investment!
It also gives the effect that NT won't break root with a stupid 7 points attack!
Plus, the defense works much better at full def.

So should Eng go with the Pistol or Heal pet style???
For the Heal pet style guys, this is a great fix... They switch to full def and keep their cast time of their heals
For the Pistol guys..... no change


Those that like to keep their gun, there wouldn't be any change.
For those that like the full def consept... It would be great!
