Ok, i know where the one in SAV is.
But my question is, are there any others?
The one is SAV doesn't seem to sell anything over QL 150 so i'm hoping that there's one out there that sells higher QL stuff.
i want a QL200 meibutsu katana. (spelled something like that)
but havent been able to find one over QL130ish in that shop in SAV.
anyone know of any other shops?
