Creating controller towers

Omni discovered the secret to creating their own controller towers and are claiming all the land areas ql15-45 that were previously unusable due to the lack of low level controllers in stores.

Anyone know how they did it?

There are clanners who know how to do this also.... I saw a lvl 12 controller yesterday...

alot of lvl 15 controllers showed up now too...

Controller towers, like all of the premade towers, occasionally come up in non-standard ql's. As far as I know, there is no way to make a controller tower, but it is possible to buy intermediate ql's from shops. Just keep looking

I've been checking the shops. I routinely find Omni towers in the 15-45 range, but never see Clan towers in that range. What is the reason for this injustice? Even if we wanted to destroy one of these low level Omni towers, we couldn't replace it with our own.

Funcom, please explain.

lol, you just haven't shopped enough

Kepp checking, intermediates are rare - it may take 5-6 refreshes of the shops over a few days to find what you are looking for.

I have been looking for intermediates in the higher qls, and omni and clan have the same chances.
