Now that NW is out. How-To attack towers

Can someone please post it? I'm gonna pick up my NW copy tonight, and wanting to get in on some tower raids.

Curious as to weather or not there are level restrictions on attacking towers?

    Can a lvl200 attack a QL10 tower?

Can a lvl 30 defend their tower against a lvl 200?

How do the suppression levels work?

When you disrupt the shield, the suppression goes to 25%. Can you attack then, or do you have to wait for 5%?

Just a general layout will work. Thanks

LvL 200 cant attack a tower of any ql outside of their PvP limits
Nor can he attack an enemy lvl 60 attacking a ql 70 tower
This applies across the board as far as i know.

So basically do attack a QL 10 tower, you've got to be within the standard PvP level range?

So if my clan owns a QL10 tower, and a group of lvl 10 people attack it, there's not way we could defend it unless we had some low level players?

Yup, unless the level 10 attacks braught along a level 100+ healer to keep the level 10 near invlunerable. Then you can take down the doc.
