Would it be possible to un-load the nano programs I nolonger use? Like Augment serries considering even under full death effects i can cast the boost serries.

Odd as it sounds, if you move a nano to the Favourites group it no longer appears in it's regular group (Psi/Combat/etc.). So instead of it being my Favourites, it's more of my "Junk nanos - never use again" group.
