why aren't da mission gods mad

I run all these missions where all they want me to do is observe the npc...they wants to note his habits. So I select him/her/it. I get my mission reward. Then I kill him/her/it. If they want information about the npc, they probably didn't want him/her/it dead. If they want the npc dead, they would have told be to do that.


So why aren't they mad at me?
