About Ordering NW from DR..

Hi,
I was just wandering, is it at all possible to actually cancel an order from Digital Rivers? as on their site it says.... "Once the submit button has been clicked and the order is complete it can not be cancelled."

Kinda creeping me out knowing that i *have* to keep my order

Since DR LOST my order after charging my card, and now denies any idea that it happened, there is a good chance that they will lose yours too. If not, just contact your bank, they can reverse the charges if you paid via Credit Card.

I called 1-800-656-5426 to cancel my order through Digital Rivers.

I cancelled via the email form yesterday. This morning I got an email back indicating that I was *not* allowed to cancel the order. I replied indicating that numerous other NW orders with DR had been cancelled over the past several day and that mine would be counted among them or I'd be cancelling by AO subscription. They cancelled my order moments later.
