Maybe set up a system with DR so that you can pre-order it and make it so you can't cancel (I've heard this is the case anyway) and allow those who pre-ordered it to download and play it. Therefore you get the retail problems solved and people aren't pissed that they have to wait a month to play.

Having us buy a stupid cd, when the game is aleready installed, is 'frikin stupid.
And if all that is missing from the complete install is the NW voice commands, make them a separate download with a key.

I didn't get this fast internett connection so that I needed to buy something as simple as a booster pack. I got it so that I easily could download extremly large files if needed, and fast aswell !

FC could have handeled the NW release in a perfect way by making it downloadable. They will probably understand this in some time and actually do this.
But it will be to late, I'm afraid.

And another thing ;
FC should consider hiring some smooth talking - fast thinking people to work in public relations. You have GOT to start pleasing the customers !
There are so many gameplay issues now that are yet to be resolved, can't you just go ahead and fix these ?

We want to hear from you on these boards !

A download version would actually be quite practical, but it does bring up the issue of the Reg. key. A secure way to send it and validating that you purchased it, plus the fact that when you get the real package it comes with a CD key as well. I don't think there's any way of giving you the same CD key that is in the box that is going to be shipped to you in the future.... hmm... They could probably do it up for you but it would probably cost them more money than their willing to spend on it.
