LVL 60 MA Looking for good Omni-Tek Guild

I was checking out the Omni-Tek Guild sites and must say... I'm CONFUSED! lol.

There are so many guilds but when checking their site and read the forums only to see they have many inactive members or broken links. I'm looking for a large well organized guild that is very active.

I'm currently a Level 60 MA and live in California, so I'm in the Pacific time zone.
