Fix the maps!!!!

I thought Newland desert and Newland city map was supposed to be fixed?
I can't see the Newland Desert map, just a green grid. I bought it again thinking I had missed it, but it still doesn't work.

Others in my org say they can see the desert map, but not the Newland city map.....

What's up with that?

So far, my map of Pleasant Meadows and that for Stret West Bank have been reduced to grids. I think on different chars.
