i would like to go see tara. i dont know when he spawns, nor how to get there (besides the grids and whopma systems)

i am lvl 85 atm. i do NOT wanna be part of the rolls. nor anyones
team. i just wanna go. if you all have any info (or will let me tag along) i would appreciate it alot.

Take the hours of the last serveur restart, add 18h and you will see a bunch of clanner killing T, then they will all come 18h later
