Suggestion: the Rubi-ka Lottery.

I would like to start up a service on Rubi-ka. A lottery. A place where people could buy lottery-tickets. 1-week ticket, 5-week ticket and elite-ticket (costing 2500, 10000 and 100000 credits).

Every week there is a random winner that recieves the full amount (rounded down (profits profits )) for either the standard or elite lottery.

Imagine if about a thousand people on average buys ten 5-week tickets. That would mean that five winners would win 20 million credits.
Kinda cool, especially for a low lvl newbie

The elite lottery would have a draw at the beginning of every month. Because of the high price of the ticket, the number of people participating would be drastically lower than in the other lotteries, which means way higher chances of winning but still with a great potential for a huge payout.

Well the whole beauty of a lottery is that you buy the ticket and then more or less forget about it. And then suddenly you remember that it's *that* day of the week and you get all exited while you wait for the message that tells you that YOU ARE A WINNER.

Casinos sucks. You have to run around and participate to much. We don't want to draw attention away from our political genocide, now do we?
