anyone has got a clue, what mobs drop this weapon? I ain't got the slightest idea where do look for it.

Sometimes they drop from a mission boss as discs, you can also get the finished ones from guards of the new silly 30 person sentinal quests. Avalon secondary omni base is one of the places, just kill the guards outside.
