    N00b question about PvP

Saw an Omni last night in Athen West but was not allowed to attack him. What type of areas would we be able to attack opposing factions in?

25% zones, 0% zones, and upcoming with NW, 5% zones. (won't go into details on what they are )

These specify "suppression gasses". Like you can't attack anyone inside cities (100% cities anyway), and 75% means you can attack wildlife. 25% means you can attack people of the opposing faction, and 0% means you can attack anyone who is not in your team. 25% patches are found all over the world, most common PvP takes place in Camelot, Tir Arena (0%), 2HO and MMD (on occasion.)

An exception to Ethernal's post relating to those who are self-gimped neutrals. In a 25% zone, clan can attack omni or neutral, omni can attack clan or netural, neutral cannot instigate an attack - he can only return attacks.
Heals - they're not just for tradeskills anymore
Hypos omni doc RK2 <-- stupid enough to have thought that going past level 150 would help her be a better doc
Phlair omni mp RK2 solo char
Nerfbat omni enf RK2 awarded the hammer of braveness
    Shadow Ops

    5%

Also, there are little-known 5% supp zones, which let you attack anyone except guildmates.
