Land control... released?

I've just signed back up for anarchy, and i was wondering if land control has been released yet?, the teasers say thanksgiving... but i'm british and i have absolutely no idea when that is :P

you have to purcharse the notum wars booster pack which includes all this land control stuff. The booster pack is supposed to be out this week (aka thanksgiving USA) but FC has been pretty quiet on it so im not sure if it has been delayed.
