Wrong - There are still 200+ servers running at any point and 400+ during the evenings and weekends. It's still pretty easy to go find a full server anytime you want.

I still find it fun to go jump on and play when I only have 20-30 minutes to burn and get a reminder of the fun TFC used to hold.

Always loved playing offensive Spy on Dustbowl or Sollie on any other map.

Sitting half-submerged in the moats on Well and sniping an entire map without being seen is much fun...until someone figures you out and plays grenade-spam grudgematch

Oh and get this, you can flip destroyers/cruisers in bf1942. (sideways - they sink right away though)

started playing CS again, its pretty cool.

also yeah, there are still 400+ AQ2 servers which is scary, and TFC, well over 1000, even mroe scary, close to 50,000 CS servers

pyro pwned if you knew how to play it right. Its a really tricky class, but once you get it down, you can really eat people up.

You have to pick the right class for the right situation. If they enemy has alot of HW's and soldiers and demos, go engi. 1 EMP to a group or single of them, and they can kiss their arses goodbye.


Pyros can be very effective against lots of HW's, because you can blind them with fire and run circles around them dropping them really fast with the flame thrower. The fire grenades are also good for taking down SG's.

Most of all though, pyro is fun for being the a-hole running around making everyone blind with fire.
