Distinguishing Characteristics: Mysterious. Short spoken, although, can be talkitive if you know what to say. Usually spotted in the Tir area.
Strengths & Weaknesses: Rumored to know a great deal about Rubi-Ka. Believes unseen forces may be at work on Rubi-Ka. Practices many ancient forms of meditation. Linked to secret organizations across the globe.
Bio: Not too much is known about this individual. We have researched his origins, they seem to begin on Rubi-Ka somewhere around 25 years ago. We have gathered very sketchy leads on his personality, but again "Sepentura" is very secretive, and no one knows exactly why.
He is a strong willed clansman, although there aren't any reports as to his reasons. There isn't any evidence his relatives (if he has any) were ever harmed in any way by Omni-Tek. Sources have linked him to several secret organizations, but none have proved dangerous yet, still you can't rule out the possibility. It is known, however, that he is in constant communication with the leaders of these secret organizations, but no names have been mentioned as of yet.
He has been tracked near the Tir area several times, but is also seen elsewhere. He has been seen with a number of individuals, all of which reports turn up empty, it seems he and his allies use the well known clan trick of faking their death, and of course, hacking ICC and Omni-Tek files, making them fraudulent.
