This came up earlier and it was explained that to implement one hat for everyone would mean making the hat model about 15 times. Thus, FC decided not to make more hats, even though the thread got a lot of bumps.
top hats, bowler hats, female hats, feather hats, bronto burger hat, beer holder helmets, those hats with the fan in them (great for BS weather), and of course, the option of wearing a hat with shades...
