Button (for turning on/off lights in apartment (perhaps a dimmer))

Smoke-machine (fog)
Season decorations (x-mas, halloween)
Party decoration

Alarm (this if you implement that when an agent is L150+
they could start to enter apartments, they get creds that
takes from your account and xp, but if you have alarm
or traps your protected)

Places:

There are no religion in AO ? how about acient gods,
different breeds god and so forth. Build churches ?
Perhaps a new trade ? Priest ?

EFX:

when u take beer, u shold get drunk and have
problem walking

food in general would need to have effekt on body
at least health points.

there could be several stims, toxics and nanos
that could affect human mind, all from
seeing tunnel vision to distort eyes and body.
