'Take it easy' happening a LOT more

As reported by your testers, players are getting the 'take it easy' message a lot more than before the patch. Once again you ignore your players and testers at your own peril.

It seems to me that the "Take it easy" message appears more often in PvP or 25% zones more often.

Also, why can I not cast healing nano's on myself in PvP zones at times?

the workaround is to target someone from your team and attack. After it says you can't you can attack normally again.
