And don't forget the NCU Hacker Interface which adds at lvl200 +60 nanoskills and both soldiers and fixers have blue nanoskills! And the next thing is our nano don't give us a "attackrate-boost" cause fa isn't an attack skill but the +141 smg = +141 attack rate. Oh and we all know that fixers really don't need NCUs with all the items and ncu buffs they have! So the 46 NCUs for the buff don't hurt them but the 50 NCU for our buff hurts a lot!
Pls explain me this when you can funcom?! Cause I don't understand that.
Feel free to discuss maybe some other player can explain me what funcom thinks when making the new programs, cause I really don't understand that.
