    Stats:
    +120 full auto

    +10 damage

    And don't forget the NCU Hacker Interface which adds at lvl200 +60 nanoskills and both soldiers and fixers have blue nanoskills! And the next thing is our nano don't give us a "attackrate-boost" cause fa isn't an attack skill but the +141 smg = +141 attack rate. Oh and we all know that fixers really don't need NCUs with all the items and ncu buffs they have! So the 46 NCUs for the buff don't hurt them but the 50 NCU for our buff hurts a lot!

    Pls explain me this when you can funcom?! Cause I don't understand that.

    Feel free to discuss maybe some other player can explain me what funcom thinks when making the new programs, cause I really don't understand that.

    maybe you should take a look at some of the other soldier buffs

    which ones?

    the point he raises is valid.

    the only good thing a soldier has left to him is the reflect shield.

    nothing else he can cast in combat that will alter the outcome.

    and the shield is not so uber until you are at a level where you can cast the ones that last longer then 1 minute which takes a while.
    everything ends ---

    that´s what gives it value.

    I can explain right here: Funcom doesn't like soldiers.

    Why else do we have our attack rating buffs split up into 2 strains? 2 strains, for twice the ncu, twice the hassle, no extra attack rating, and an evades penalty. Why else are all our viable weapons 66/33 weapons? Why else are half our nano's outdated beta nano's that have no real bearing on todays rubi-ka? Why else?

    I think I can help you with this! We should compare the total adds for all the buffs these classes can cast to get a fair comparison. I'm using AR skill for soldiers vs SMG for Fixers, and automatically including expertise buffs.


    So you forgot to add for soldiers:

    Art of Peace (yeah it requires at least masteries, but the fixer buff requires frigging level 195):
    +90 Assault Rifle
    +10 Burst
    +5 damage

    Offensive Steamroller:
    +133 All Initiatives

    Total Focus:
    +50 Assault Rifle (and all other attack skills)

    Riot Control:
    +110 Burst

    So the amount a fixer can increase their attack skills/specials is:
    +161 smg
    +100 burst
    +40 range init
    +8 damage

    And the amount a soldier can increase their attack skills/specials is:
    +160 Assault Rifle
    +140 Full Auto
    +140 Burst
    +133 Range init
    +15 Damage

    Does this make things a little clearer?

    Bootes! Add the total NCUs required so I can have a good laugh. You also forgot to add RE buffs to the mix since many soldiers buff both.

    It will make you wonder why soldiers didn't get NCU buffs.

    Total NCU is irrelvant. The original argument was that Fixer buffs > Soldier buffs. It's not true.

    Take into account a lot of the Soldier buffs mentioned dont even have level reqs on them.
