If not, try around the OT bases in Avalon and the new Sentinels base in WW, a lot of things have been added around there, so it might have a new melee weapons merchant too.

guildie found a guy in SAV, 2622 2920, the Carbon Rocks point on Dovves map...
Sells the new Enf weapons in the database..stops at around ql135 so far...
but theres one at least..mebbe more
