Im just dueling normal as ever then all of the sudden, attacked by.. i stop my current duel, and do hell damage, and their hp barly drops, on top of that they are hitting 200-300 normal damage... 500 crits, almost my 3/4 my hp. Lol and they are the same level... WHy Duel low level outside buffed??



Outside buff's are for higher level players.
