omni killed OE while tort sat in his yalm and watched, then with corpse there, zerosignal held loot, tort sat in his yalm trying to ninja the corpse so we couldn't raffle it and pass loot ( pretty lame) and every omni backed off except caol who was told to many times, he says he was going to try for corpse too to lessen chances of tort ninja'ing it. who knows though, all words...........doesn't matter cause corpse decayed, so omni was first to kill OE, then tort went back a day later killed it twice got the rod, <---note he would have been pissed if i sat in yalm trying to ninja like a child,

fix nodrops plz, make them no drop once equipped or something

Inits are being "fixed" and nerfed in one blow... at least for slow weapon users.

inits over 1200 will not give the same bonus as below 1200...

I have 1100 now, without any refined imps or armor. Add Nomad chest piece, kevlar shoulder pads and an Avagelina terrigena web cloak and buffs.....

Journeyman durable boost (+15 init)
CAS sleeve ql200 (+15 init) or mantis one
implants...
Ranged init maxed

i'm soldier level 151 and with auto targeting (+43 init) i have 947 init
and each level I max Ranged init so with another CAS sleeve and perhaps another durable boost and TIM scope (+180 init) I can reach very high init easily
