instruction disc for weapon?

I just found this on some bossloot, and I was wondering if anyone of you know what it is? heh,
"Instruction Disc (A DCSD containing 1 BBI Minami-90 Sticky Love Rain)"

Whatever it is ment to be, it combined with the PSI school of symbol libraries and reflection patterns. It ended up as a ql 199 enforcer nano adding to melee energy - if my memory serves me right.

I suspect it's part of a quest coming in 14.7, if I'm reading the databases correctly.

the discs arent for the quest. here you will need the actual weapons. the discs can be converted to the new enforcer nanos, i have no idea though why they are labeled the way they are
