Thank you for everything Doove. You have been one of the best people that I have ever seen grace this game even though we never actually met. Your contributions will never be forgotten.

I hope you can overcome your problems and use your great talent out there in the real world (hint hint Funcom and any design firm actually reading this).

While I'm sad to see you go, I think you are doing the right thing. I also suffer from bi-polar disorder and know too well the addiction that the internet and AO have become to me. I'm still struggling to get to a point where I don't need them to provide me with the life I am missing however. It is not easy, and I hope you find your way through it.

I still remember a night outside Newland City when a level 100-ish Omni Meta Physicist and her Agent friend contacted me to talk about bows. In fact I have a picture of it saved to my computer. Thanks for chatting in-game with me, I'm gonna miss you.

Thanks for all the work you've done for us on the maps and GUI skins, it's going to be a sad day when they become outdated and I need new ones.

A great big thank you for all your hard work with the skins/maps and your many thoughtful and decent posts on these boards. While I never knew you personally, I wish you the best in all your real life endeavors.

We should organize a Day of the Dovve - the first holiday on Rubi-Ka - to pay tribute to Rubi-Ka's greatest map-maker.

We'll miss you Dovve!

I just wanted to say, you have made my game in AO 100% better in every aspect.

You did many things that the devolpers of this game did not dream of, or care enough about to do.

While you are getting your "focus" I would love to hear how FC reached you via e-mail and sub-contracted you beuitful work out on the Shadowlands exp pack.(God, knows we are going to need proper maps, not this mesh they pay their home-town boys 80k a year for)

You wouldn't be playing the game, but yet.. as you have done for me.. and many others for many, many months. you would still be making our walk on Ruba-ki a lil safer, a lil more clear and a lot more fun.

I have never spoke to you Doove, but I do thank you.. and wish you the smiles of a sunrise in June.

Dovve...what can i say ...im so saddened by u leaving. We have known each other for quite some time now and we have had some fun times and a few talks. i understand tho about your need to leave the game. You are such a sweet person i will miss u much!! Hello! This is my first post on this forum, and I dedicate it to you!
I don’t really know what to say to you, more then this.
I hope you are getting better soon, and maybe in the future you can come back to us.

Aw.... Dovve, I never knew you personally, but I'm sorry to see you go - your work has helped so many people, saved time and lives with a proper map.

But Reality must come first, as always - it is more important than Virtuality, in the end.
