20% overequiped and your weapon gets realy low-damage
20% underequiped and your weapon gets higher-damage

Overequipped = u don't have the skillreq for the weapon after the buff veare off.

Underequipped = u have more higher skills than nessesery.

With higher attackrating (weaponskill)... don't you get better damage then? Higher critchance and such?

I'd say that's close enough to what you suggest.

hehe i am not too sure that would be smart

Why? trader drains. My ql199 ithaca would be 25% underequiped when i get my drains running and with 132 wrangler from teammate or crat 100 addoff mod it might be 50% underequiped are you sure you want a trader wandering around with a gun like that
