Everyone gets hit by special attacks and nukes/dots. GA gives no special vulnerability to this.. its just that those are the only things that can hurt GA users.

Nanomage can IIRC wear a 575 req tank with stam boost. If you don't mind keeping that running you could go for a QL 199 albrecht if you can find one.
About a QL 190 Albrecht wouldn't need stam boost and would keep you safe from Drain Stamina.
Breed capped stamina, of course.
