    Lightbulb Fixer Quest

    I went to talk to "Brenda Diamond " for the fixer quest.

    She goes off on some voodoo speach .
    Is this intended ?

    If I recall correctly, Brenda Diamond was pretty chatty when I did the quest. I think this is intended.
