Yes, he's still in the game, probably something like level 180-200 (He does 800+ damage hits to me at level 110).

He's in the Shire, about where you would expect the robotic king of junk to exist. His audiences are seldom, since his respawn times are few and far between, but I've had pretty good luck finding him late nights on Sunday or so.

He has regular spawn time but 100% 6+ hours

Just small side note Trash are about lv 150-160 (att least that is what he was when we killed him)
But that bastard fight as well as one post patch Elite/etviner Medusa maybe even better.
And his small friend make it all even harder whit his Area Nuke/Snare nanos.

Yep, still alive and well. Saw him last weekend - junkyard in Athen Shire, turn right on first crossroad on road to the Longest Road.
